Join us in an online community to facilitate accountability and collective nervous system restoration from April 1st - July 1st

We will use Discord as a platform to connect with each other and to offer weekly check-ins, friendly reminders, question prompts, a place to share, & whatever else might be born from creating this group. There will be 3 optional zoom meetings ~ beginning, middle, and end ~ to initiate the dosing/meet & greet, check-in half way through, and a place to share the changes we observed over the course of 3 months.
